Bat was used for 2 years in one league and 3 years in another using SB12's and Diamond (.44 375) softballs. Never used on high compression balls. There are alot of scuff marks from balls, but no cracks or dents(I don't think it can dent, just want to be thorough). It does have a rattle, but I used it last week in a practice game and the ball was flying off of the bat.
